Hang admires GaneshAID’s commitment to innovation and the advancement of public health. The opportunity to work as an Instructional Design Assistant with the Academy Business Unit aligned perfectly with her career interests. Hang performs duties and responsibilities in all steps of training development including training needs analysis, instructional designing training packages, and evaluating the quality/performance of training.
Past Experience
Hang was a Recruitment Intern at Acacy Limited Company coordinates with hiring supervisors to gather hiring needs, source job posts, create job posts, and manage candidate care. She also created recruitment content, designed posters, and created candidate databases. Besides, Hang worked for one of the leading trading-service companies with the role of preparing training materials, reports, surveys, and evaluations, assisting with logistics, and providing teaching assistance. Moreover, she had a wonderful time working at Apollo English Vietnam as a Teaching Assistant.

Hang holds a Bachelor’s Degree of Human Resources Management at the National Economics University
