Moreover, Tommy collaborates across multiple teams, including R&D, marketing, design, and engineering, to bring innovative solutions to market efficiently and effectively.
Past experience
Tommy is a dedicated professional with a proven track record in project management, team coordination, and sales. He had experience as a chef and independent consultant in the hospitality and Horeca industry, where he optimises suppliers and customers’ supply chains, designs and implements efficient kitchen processes, and collaborates with clients to create innovative menu offerings. He also managed independent consulting projects, ensuring client satisfaction and delivering high-quality services. Besides, he successfully coordinated and led the sales team to achieve and exceed sales targets at Bonanza LTD. Furthermore, he was a Project Manager at Surrey Finn Industries, where he led and managed projects from initiation to completion, ensuring on-time delivery and within budget constraints.
Education
He holds a Bachelor of Arts in Culinary Arts at British Royal Academy and a Bachelor of Arts in Production and Recording Arts.
