Responsibility
Phuong performs duties at GaneshAID by rechearching legal information, advising, drafting and reviewing contracts to ensure they comply with regulations and protect the company’s interests.
Past Experience
Phuong has over three years of experience in various legal fields, including dispute resolution, labor, IP, commercial, and enterprise. She has experience in various legal internships before joining GaneshAID.
Besides, she received numerous awards, including First Prize in Hanoi Law University Student Scientific Research Competition 2022, Second Prize at the ministry level with the Thesis “Law on the management of livestreaming e-commerce – Experience from China and some suggestions for Vietnam”, and First Runner-up & The Most Feasible Project in Soul of Law Contest 2023. In addition, she won a Gold Medal for Lawyers & Bronze Medal for Mediator in Vietnam Mediation Moot 2022. Moreover, Phuong has published several articles, including a co-authorship of the article “Completing the law on management of livestream e-commerce in Vietnam – Experience from China”. She is not only fluent in English but also Chinese language.
Education
Phuong holds a Master’s Degree of Business Law at Hanoi Law University.
