
Responsibility
Seraphin is deeply motivated by GaneshAID’s mission to improve access to quality care and optimize health systems through evidence-based innovation strategies. GaneshAID’s commitment to more equitable and sustainable public health fits perfectly with his own values. The innovative approach to consulting at GaneshAID, which combines technical expertise and field strategy, is also his particular motivation. He sees GaneshAID as an excellent springboard for further developing his skills in public health and in the field of health.
As a Project Management Assistant at GaneshAID, his main responsibility is to support the Public Health Project Manager in ensuring all project deliverables are delivered on time and with high quality while maintaining smooth collaborations in the internal teams and with external partners.
Past experience
Seraphin has experience in various roles, including Community Facilitator at Educo_Benin, Animator Supervisor at Association of Education, Sexuality and Health in Africa, and Data Base Controller at INACES. He also worked as a Young Interpersonally Communication Agent at PSI-Benin, focusing on Women’s Health Project and Youth Organisation Mapping in Benin. Besides, he was an Investigation Agent at Youth Consultative Organ, a Community Health Agent working with Abomey-Calavi hospitals on Communal Health Politics.
Education
Seraphin holds a Bachelor’s degree in Sociology-Anthropology of Health from the University of Abomey-Calavi and a Master’s degree in English Language Didactics.
