Main responsibility consists of recruiting talents, including local staff and international consultants, to the organization’s high standards and ensures a diverse and inclusive workforce. This involves developing and implementing effective recruitment strategies, building relationships with professional networks, and collaborating with internal stakeholders to identify talent gaps and opportunities. The ultimate goal is to attract, select, and retain top talent that aligns with the organization’s vision and values, and supports achieving its strategic objectives.
Past Experience
Uyen facilitated seminars and workshops, collaborating with various research organizations in Taipei. Her work primarily focused on examining and improving emission efficiency within Taiwanese manufacturing sectors.
Besides, she monitored student academic performance, developed intervention strategies to support struggling students, and maintained academic records. Additionally, she served as a point of contact for academic matters, consulting with students to ensure their progress.
Education
Holds a Master of Business Administration from the National Taiwan University of Science and Technology, and a Bachelor of Economics and Finance from British University Vietnam.
