GaneshAID's looking for a Business Analyst to join our team

We are looking for a part-time Business Analyst to help to define business problems via in-depth investigation and gathering of technical and non-technical information for our IT projects.

Department/Country: Smart Business Unit – Hanoi – Vietnam

Working location: The 1st floor, Building 143, Doc Ngu Street, Ba Dinh District, Hanoi, Vietnam

Immediate Supervisor: IT Project Manager

Shall report to: IT Project Manager

Function

Acting as the key interface between the users and the project manager, the Business Analyst will gather information, document processes, and confirm the final documents with users.

Key Activities

  • Analysing and clarifying customer requirements;
  • Analyze and propose models and solutions based on collected requirements;
  • Writing software business requirements specification documents, usecase specification documents;
  • Designing prototype;
  • Consulting from a professional perspective based on analysis and research;
  • Communicating content, supporting project members, managing projects to clarify customer requirements to be met;
  • Documentating system instructions;

Qualifications, competencies and experience

  • Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Business or related field;
  • At least 1 year of experience in business analysing;
  • Be able to work 4 hours/day;
  • Experience in Figma is preferrable;
  • Efficient in written and spoken English;
