In a world where the use of digital technology is becoming more and more common and where immediacy considerably accelerates social exchanges, the digitisation of information at GaneshAID is essential. In joining GaneshAID, Noël wished to bring hope for a better online positioning of the company on different social media platforms.
In collaboration with the other members of the company, he is in charge of the development of a digital communication strategy to the production of daily contents.
Noël is also the co-initiator of the Hanopto project, a project based on the idea of developing a mobile application to allow French-speaking tourists to get supplies in Hanoi, Vietnam.
In 2020, he also joined IMSIC laboratory (Mediterranean Institute of Information and Communication Sciences) as a community manager. In 2019, Noël held the position of Account Manager at Banque Commerciale Internationale (BCI). Between 2017 and 2018, Noël held the position of “personnel manager” within the NGO ELONGA. An organization promoting entrepreneurship and campaigning for the education of children from low-income families.
Noël got his bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, and obtained his first master’s degree at the Higher School Of Business Management and Administration in Congo Brazzaville. Noël also held a master’s degree in Digital Communication and Editorial awarded by the University of Toulon in 2020 and a University Diploma (UD) in Digital Marketing obtained at the University of Perpignan Via Domitia in 2021.
